Apostolos Angelis as known as 2A is a self-taught music composer and mixing engineer of a new age electronic genre, that he effectively describes as 'cosmic'. Apostolos started his musical journey from an early age, and spent many years in sonic exploration, expression and creation.

Born in the province of Trikala, Greece he moved to Thessaloniki, Greece in 2001, where he studied Environmental & Forest Engineering at Aristotle University. During these years, 2A continued composing, arranging, performing and producing prototypal kinds of music in his personal studio, using advanced synthesizers, orchestral elements, samplers and expedient microtuning techniques. It is noticeable to be mentioned, that he refused to take any theoretical music lessons finding those restrictive.

After a string of unreleased projects, his recording career begins with the album Hologram, been released in 2009 by Apoapsis Records and distributed worldwide in both physical and digital formats. At the same year, he joins the DR movement concurring that dynamics are essential to music expression and enjoyment.

Apostolos these days continues to enjoy musical creations in his innovative studio in Trikala, Greece and prepares incoming works.
